Online Services

You can register for access to Patient Online, please come in and ask the receptionist.  You will need one form of ID: passport, driving licence, birth certificate, bank statement, utility bill, marriage certificate. Alternatively you can register by phone; call us on 01733 796622, choose option 1 and say that you want to register for online services.

You will be able to request prescriptions, book appointments and view your medical records (coded data only).  You can also book yourself into one of our Flu clinics that we hold in September and October each year.

Telephone challenges

Access

Car Parking:  The Practice has a large shared car park at the front, with designated disabled parking near to the entrance.  Parking for up to 90 minutes is free. 

Cycle racks:  These are also provided near the front of the building.  

Disabled Access: There is good disabled access throughout the building.  All the GP consulting rooms are on the ground floor.  Administrative offices are accessible by lift on to the other floors. 

Automatic doors are activated by push plates, making pram or wheelchair access to the building easy. A section of the reception desk is at wheelchair height. 

A hearing loop system is available to assist patients with hearing difficulties.

Carers

Are you a carer? Or do you need/have a carer? If yes, please let our receptionist know. You may also wish to inquire if the surgery has any support services for your to make use of.
