Thank you for partnering with us in this difficult time in the NHS. Botolph Bridge is already providing twice as many appointments as required by the NHS. The more fully you complete the questions the quicker we are able to get back to you.
Please note on days when we experience an exceptional number of enquiries we will need to move the call requests to the following day earlier than 4:30pm. If this happens than you will see a notice next to the AMGP icon on the home website. Please look out for this.

We believe in whole person care. We believe in 3 important things in life - body, mind and community. We strive to offer you the highest quality of medical care available on the NHS, integrated into the local community. This GP service is provided by 3Well Medical.
Car Parking: The Practice has a large shared car park at the front, with designated disabled parking near to the entrance. Parking for up to 90 minutes is free.
Cycle racks: There are also provided near the front of the building.
Disabled Access: There is good Disabled access throughout the building. All the GP consulting rooms are on the Ground floor. Administrative offices are accessible by lift on to the other floors.
Automatic doors are activated by push plates, making pram or wheelchair access to the building easy. A section of the reception desk is at wheelchair height.
A hearing loop system is available to assist patients with hearing difficulties.
Are you a carer? Or do you need/have a carer? If yes, please let our receptionist know. You may also wish to inquire if the surgery has any support services for your to make use of.
